Defect product ! Nobody takes responsibility
The worst experience ever had !!! Never again . I bought a watch that doesn’t give the time correctly. I sent it to brandfield I had to paid the sending costs . Customer service worst of my life . In website and in an email they said that the repair will take 2-6 weeks . Took almost 15 weeks they sent the watch back . Still same problem . I had to sent the watch once again back . They refused to refund my purchase or to change for a new one . COMPANY with out DECENCY! Advice to Think 100 times before buying three!!!
